Pass Law Exams provides tutoring services to students who wish to successfully complete the University of London Law Degree. We offer our services predominantly via the Zoom Meeting App. However we also accommodate students who use Skype, Whatsapp and Face-time. For some students who require a hands on experience we also offer face to face classroom setting for full time and part time students. However, during the Pandemic of 2020 (COVID-19) we have now shifted our focus to online tutoring. Pass Law Exams started in Trinidad and Tobago however, we have expanded to different parts of the world, including Hong Kong, United Arab Emirates, Mauritus, Ethiopia, Pakistan and Singapore. Pass Law Exams is dedicated to help law students be successful in completing the University of London's Diploma in Law and the Bachelors of Law Degree Courses.
Pass Law Exams provides tutelage to small groups on a particular area in Law. Our experience put students at ease; help students to comprehend and provide students with the tools to be successful. We are a patient, skillful and mature team.
Our goals are to help you understand the law and apply the law to questions that may appear in the University of London Law Exams. Our focus on precise topics for each module assist students on targeted answers.
Most students understand the law. What sets us apart from the rest is our ability to help you to apply the law that you understand to the question asked in exams without 'regurgitating everything you know '.
Most students have expressed concern with writing exams in the allotted time frame ( normally 3hrs and 15 min). We, at Pass Law Exams have created a strategic 'map' that allows students to target answer any question, problem or essay.
The platform for sitting exams have changed recently, from sitting in a remote physical venue to an online presence. This change has also allowed for the 'open book' concept.

PUBLIC LAW

Pass Law Exams focuses on the features of the UK constitution and examines the impact of EU Membership. We explore the movement of a political to a more legal constitution. Mostly an essay style exam, we assit sudents to develop well structured arguments using articles written by academics. We examine the Human Rights Act and challenge students on the conept of a Bill of Rights. We impart on our students the ability to construct coherent arguments.

A compulsory part of the LLP and CertHE Common Law and therefore must be selected on first registration. We have the experience and skills necessary to tackle this subject as it introdues students into the English Legal System and desribes the distinctiveness of the common law approach as a legal methodology.

Pass Law Exams help students understand the basic feaures of the EU Legal System: history of European intregration; role of law and treaty structure; institutions and court system; the EU's legislative process and the core legal principles of direct effect and supremacy.

JURISPRUDENCE

A topic that poses the fundamental questions about the nature of law, its place in society and how a legal system operates as a system of rules and as a social institution. Jurisprudence engages with the ideals of justice and conflicting moral codes. Pass Law Exams focuses on theorists such as Karl Marx, Dworkin, Raz and Feminism Jurisprudence. This optional module is an asset to any student wishing to follow up an LLB Degree with the Legal Pratice Course. This module focues on the aims and values of the civil and criminal pocess, and the Criminal Court stucture. We give direction to students which help them distinguish and analyse key issues arising in the subject matter, using case law and statute, in order to poduce a reasoned answer.
PROPERTY LAW

Understanding the fundamental principles that underpin land owneship in England and Wales is the key in successfully completing this moule. We provide you with a sound understanding of the law that governs the creation, protection and transfer of interest in land by using appropriate legal terminology specific to Property Law. At this stage students are articulate and can form a well argued solution to complex legal problems by referencing relevant legal authority appropriately.
EQUITY AND TRUST

Understanding the rules and principles governing the creation and operation of trusts. A challenging module that Pass Law Exams is proud to offer. We focus on Certainties, Secret Trusts, Reulting Trusts, Charities and Unincorporated Association. Our approach is a full understanding of these topics, to answer either a problem or essay question.
FAMILY LAW

Family Law affects every member of society. The study of this module involves the complex relation between the family and the state. We focus primarily on Marriage, Civil Partnership, Divorce, Domestic Violence, Financial Provisions and The law relating to children.
TORT LAW

Pass Law Exams focuses on analysing the elements of a claim in defamation and the extent to which the defences to defamation promote free speech. We help students develop a capacity for effective legal analysis and argument. We focus on topics such as negligencence, psychiatric illness, defamation, occupiers' liability and nuisance.
